Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us right away at info@piquail.com. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.
If an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and instead can only offer a refund if returned back to us.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
Conditions of return
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please contact us at the above email address before returning the items. If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the items.
Refund
Once we have received your return and inspected the product, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
